I replaced my electrical panel with Evolute, and the whole Evolute team is awesome. They made this a completely seamless experience. From the PM who coordinated everything with the utility and inspector, to the team who carried out the install, they were ultra professional, fast, and friendly (my two year old daughter called one of the guys Uncle Steve - lol). Can't say enough good words about Dan. Right from the time he provided quote, he patiently answered all my questions. The quote from Dan was the most economical compared to other quotes from other companies. On the day of the appointment, Steve and Adrian came on time and completed the work. They also cleaned up after the work. They completed all work as mentioned in the quote. I could not test the charger on the day of installation. When I connected the charger later that night, I was not able to charge and Dan was kind enough to take my call and walk me through troubleshooting steps. Dan and his team and Evolute are exemplary and such a pleasure to work with.  We are new to EVs and we felt like we were going in blind when beginning our search for the right team for our Tesla Wall Charger install.  We sourced 5 quotes which were all over the place in terms of pricing and detail.  With Evolute, they were very transparent and up front with what the install plan would be and their pricing was extremely competitive.

What I felt set Evolute Power apart from the other companies we contacted for quotes was their high level of response, support, and detail.  While it is never expected, Dan always responded to our questions within an hour or so at most during business hours, and early the next morning for after hours emails.  I never felt as if we were a bother in asking questions and getting clarifications, and Dan was always extremely kind and collegial in his responses over both phone and email.  This helped us feel very comfortable and at ease, and assured in the fact that we were working with great people who love the work that they do.  Dan was very thorough in analysing our home and panel, and also took the time to properly calculate and advise on what was and wasn't possible--with some further information which we were able to provide him from the Hydro company, Dan was able to calculate the best solution for our family.

On the day of the install, Dan had his master Electrician Steve and his apprentice arrive to our house at 9AM, as promised--how many times do you contract out work for your home and have the team actually show up on time?!  That was a great start.  Steve took time to go around the house with me to outline their plan of work and to make sure we were happy and satisfied with the scope of work to be completed.  Steve was extremely neat and precise in his install, there was zero mess left behind and the install was neat and clean--it was clear that Evolute takes pride in their work and do not cut corners.

We are extremely happy with the install and can wholeheartedly recommend Evolute as an excellent and reputable company who are highly communicative, well-skilled, and very honest professionals who were a great pleasure to work with.  In a time when there are so many choices, you want to feel safe and resolute with the choice you make and Evolute will most certainly  come through in all regards. Dan is the man. Long before we got the car he educated me about all the details. He found a solution to our old house panel without a costly upgrade. He relentless worked with esa to get things resolved with another simple solution. He is always by your side to finish the project, very honest and very patient and a good teacher! Strongly recommend.
